1. Final Sale Policy

Once a course has been purchased, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Conditional Refunds

Refunds may be granted under specific conditions, such as:

Technical issues that prevent access to the course content.
Misrepresentation of the course content.
Other extenuating circumstances as determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for courses purchased as part of a bundle after any course in the bundle has been accessed.
