1. Final Sale Policy

Once a course has been purchased, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Conditional Refunds

Refunds may be granted under specific conditions, such as:

  • Misrepresentation of the course content.

  • Other extenuating circumstances as determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Requesting a Refund

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to the original method of payment.

5. Exceptions

No refunds will be provided for courses purchased as part of a bundle after any course in the bundle has been accessed.

YHA Consulting Inc. reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to purchases made after the date of the change.
